Designing
with Monkey Wrench by Sue Beevers - This class has
been designed with an intermediate to advanced student
in mind, and is based upon an article that I did for
the 40th Anniversary Edition of "Quilters
Newsletter". I sure hope that you like
to piece - a lot - because that's what you'll be doing.
You will be making at least two quilts, and will be
getting ideas for zillions more. Actually, by the time
you're done with this class, you may be convinced that
you will do nothing but Monkey Wrench
based quilts for the rest off your quilting life. More

Your
Second Quilt: A Quilt for All Seasons by Maria Hrabovsky
(March 6th) - If you have taken Your First Quilt
and are ready to learn more, this class is for you. If
you are a beginner who has already made a basic quilt,
this class is for you, too. It will teach you how to make
HSTs - Half Square Triangles - one of the most used components
in making up quilt blocks. Using only HSTs, dozens of
quilt patterns can be made. The quilt pattern for this
set of lessons can be used repeatedly and look completely
different each time. How to change it to make future quilts
is a part of this set of lessons. More

Intermediate
Celtic Design by Scarlett Rose (March 13th) - Take
the next steps in learning how to draw Celtic designs
with Scarlett's technique for creating knots, with Magic
Key #2. If you've done some Celtic applique or taken
other Celtic classes, this class is for you! Learn how
to make corners with bias tape, create intersections
in Celtic designs and find out all about inset patches.
Learn a precise method for making your own fusible bias
tape with your choice of fabric, a craft or mini iron,
fusible web and a fusible bias tape maker. This class
also shows how to do invisible machine appliqué,
which will give your project a hand appliqued look done
in less time than real hand applique. For the intermediate
quilter with optional suggestions for the advanced.
