Make a small painting of a flowering apple tree to use in a quilt, garment, wall hanging or other small project. Instruction for using fabric paint in each procedure will be given along with a general description of the type of fabric paint used. In this class you will learn the Kameleon Quilt® technique of sewing three dimensional curved triangles in between the blocks, and between blocks and borders. The inset curved triangles which can be flipped over and buttoned down to either side, will make for a versatile design with lots of possible looks, - you can practically have a new look to the quilt every day.

If you have never made a quilt, this class is for you. It will take you step by step from the tools and fabrics you will need right through to a finished, labelled, machine-quilted, small quilt. Students will choose the size of quilt they wish to make: doll quilt, wall hanging, crib quilt, baby quilt, or child size. Each student’s quilt will be different from the others. The only prerequisite for this class is knowing how to use your sewing machine.
