QuiltCampus Class Terms

Please read the following terms before signing up for a Class

1.

Pattern files in a class may be in PDF format. Click here to test a pattern in PDF format. You can get the free Acrobat Reader from Adobe.

2.

Pattern files in a class may be in popup format. You may need to turn off your popup blocker, virus protector or firewall to get it. Click here to test view and print a pattern.

3.

You will need to provide a login to access your class. Let us check to make sure your browser understands how to supply the credentials required. Click here to test a log in. The username is quilt and the password is funny.

4.

The period for a class is specific. There is a start date and a finish date. After the finish date the class will no longer be accessible.

5.

Purchase of a Class is Nontransferable, and is for the exclusive personal use of the purchaser only.

6.

We contact every student who registers for a class within 48 hours. If you do not hear from us, please check your spam folder. If there is no e-mail from us in your spam folder, please contact us.

7.

You will be provided a login name and a password. You will need this information to access the class web pages. You *MUST NOT* share or give your login and password information to anyone else. Any student who shares their login information will violate the copyright law.

8.

Each student is entitled to print out as many copies of a pattern as they wish for their personal use. Photocopying, digitizing and all other forms of copying to "share" or "distribute" the class, whether for profit or not, is prohibited by the copyright law.

9.

You may not transfer the pattern file to any other person or computer, via the internet, e-mail, or otherwise. To do so is a violation of copyright law.

10.

It is the student's responsibility to print the class lessons during the class duration.

11.

You may enlarge or reduce the size of any pattern to suit your personal needs.

12.

Please note that there is a chance that a class will not make the required minimum number of students. It all depends on whether enough students have signed up for the class to meet the minimal requirements for the teacher. If a class enrollment does not meet the minimum requirement, we will send you an e-mail and a refund.

13.

Every effort is made to present accurate patterns and instructions. QuiltCampus cannot be held responsible for the results produced by the user in any way.

14.

At the end of the class duration you will no longer have access to the class web pages.

15. Refunds - NO Refunds are provided after the second lesson has been posted. If you cancel before the class begins you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel after the first lesson has been posted, you will receive a 75% refund.
