If you have problems getting a chat program to launch, it could be a popup blocker, virus protection, or firewall on your computer. Try disabling these programs before clicking the link. If that does not work, try the other chat link. That should fix the problem. If it does not, then turn off your computer, count to 30, turn it back on and revisit the chat page.
