| The
pattern page will not pop up - If you have problems getting
the pattern page to pop up, it could be a popup blocker, virus protection,
or firewall on your computer. Try disabling these programs while visiting
the pattern page. Many popup blockers can be bypassed. Hold down the
CTrl key and while
it is kept down, click the link. That may fix the problem. If it does
not, then turn off your computer, count to 30, turn it back on and
revisit the step page. Accelerators for dial-up accounts can also
prevent the window from popping up. |

| Some
things do not print - Before you print, make sure you have
told it to print all of the document and not just the first page.
If the text shows and not the diagrams then check the color ink cartridge
to see if it is clogged or empty. If the diagrams print OK and not
the text, check the black ink cartridge. |

| I
can not save a copy of the pattern to my computer - It
is my wish that you print the pattern and *NOT*
save an electronic copy of it on your computer. Print several copies
and keep one copy in a safe dry place. 8o) |

| I
can not see the latest step - Many ISPs provide internet
browsers with their service. Using their browsers can sometimes prevent
you from seeing an updated web page. If you do not see the latest
step after doing a refresh/reload (press F5) of the web page, then
your ISP is showing you a cached version. When a member of your ISP
visits a web page, your ISP saves a copy of that page onto their servers
(this is called caching). If another member visits the web page, your
ISP will show them the cached version and not the real version at
the web site. The new page is up, but you many not be able to see
any new steps. First try to visit the page using Internet Explorer
in stead of the browser your ISP provided. If that does not work,
then wait 24 hours and visit the web page again. |
